Gopalkrishna Gandhi to file nomination on Tuesday

New Delhi, July 16 (IANS) Opposition parties' vice presidential candidate Gopalkrishna Gandhi on Sunday said he will file his nomination on July 18.

"I will file my nomination day after tomorrow," the former West Bengal Governor told media after a meeting of opposition parties addressed by Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

The Opposition's candidate for President's post Meira Kumar also attended the meeting.

The election for President's post will be held on Monday while the new Vice President will be elected on August 5.
