Pea nuts- half rice cup
Onion- 1 small cut in to small pieces
Chilli powder-according to taste,
Salt-according to taste
Garam masala - A pinch
Oil - 2 tsp's
Cut potatoes into square like pieces soak them in water and keep aside, mean while roast the peanuts peel of the skin. take a blender and add the roasted peanuts,cashewsnuts,slat,chillipowder,turmeric powder and garam masala and grind it and add accordingly water to make it a paste. Take a non stick pan put some oil add some cumin seeds after they spluttter add the potatoes and fry the alu till they half cook or for 10 mins.Now add the paste and cook for another 6-8 mins.The Saag is ready now and you can serve it with chapati's or hot rice.
